D’Ettorre Real Estate was a regular client of mine before the rebrand. As our relationship developed, I was asked by the brilliant team at D’Ettorre to single-handedly rebrand a company that I already had such a strong connection to.
It was key from the beginning that I encapsulated the team’s key values in the new direction I was developing. I had to ensure I was giving the company a timeless visual style that was unique in the real estate landscape.
Building a brand.
As with any rebrand, I was required to not only come up with a logo and a unique and adaptable visual style; but also a complete rollout of all templates for both digital and print mediums. It is key to ensure the brand’s style is distinctive and can be easily replicated wherever it may appear.
To make sure consistency is achieved for the brand for years to come, I also developed a thorough brand guidelines. This document will allow for any designers, animators, or other clients to gain a full essence of the whole story behind D’ettorre Real Estate, and just how the brand new direction encapsulates this story.
